Natural Preservatives are vital in our life. We use it every now and then without even noticing. But crossing the limit could cost us badly in our healthy life. But where is the limit stands? Any expert will struggle to answer that as it depends on personal limitation. After effects are mostly effective with children. The most noted one is hyper activity in children. That is exactly why FDA keeps an eye on this matter in the US and makes sure everything is the way it should be. Other extreme out food additives effects can be cancer, breathing problems, damages in heart, allergies and more.

Many of the off the shelf product contains food additives, It is necessary because without it the preservation limit will be gone. If we do a count on how much food additives we take into our body you will be surprised. Average research found it was something around 100 gram . On the top of the list it were things like refined sugar, corn syrup, MSG and salt. Of course it is not good for health and has effect of its own. Stuff which are created by human are most harmful. Body finds this material as foreign body and struggles to either digest or eliminate from the system. Without any other option body saves it with your fat particles and over time it will cause detrimental effects.

However not every additives are doom and gloom in the market. Made out of natural products are counted as a low risk if taken within limit.
