High Blood Pressure Symptoms and its Natural Home Remedy

High blood pressure is something that i have seen affected every family i know. Atleast one or more are affected in a single normal family.It is also known as Hypertension or sometimes called arterial hypertension.Its a chronic medical condition in which the blood pressure is elevated in the arteries . It forces  the heart to work harder than usual to circulate blood through the blood vessels. Blood pressure measurement is in two ways. systolic and diastolic, which depend on whether the heart muscle is contracting (systole) or relaxed between beats (diastole). Normal blood pressure at rest is within the range of 100-140mmHg systolic (top reading) and 60-90mmHg diastolic (bottom reading). High blood pressure is said to be present if it is persistently at or above 140/90 mmHg. Normally Doctors advice is  whatever the reading comes to add  age to come to a real picture as most of the  time while you getting it measured by old style stethoscope its a rough estimate. Even now where you get it measured by machines, not every 2 machine will give you the same reading.

Symptoms of High Blood Pressure:

Most of of the time High Blood pressure doesn't show any symptoms until its extremely severe and life threatening.But few percentage of the population sometimes do face some symptoms. So the best policy is do go for a screening  occasionally specially when you have it in the family blood stream.

  • Feeling dizzy in the middle of no where. eg. just stood up and head goes round the circles. Mostly when people are sick or very hard on them self on diet usually suffers this sensational light-headedness. If you are not one of this this could be a sign to look out for. Both high and low blood pressure sufferers get to know this sensations at some point in their Blood pressure.
  •  People sometimes feels headache mostly at the back of their head. But it is not a reliable indicator for high blood pressure. But it is found that after a heavy heavy diet if you do find a similar headache please do check with your doctor. Most of the time it due to your blood pressure in higher circle.
  • Nose bleed can be a reliable indicator as it happens only when your blood pressure is extremely high. But there are downside as well. There are also other reasons where you can face nose bleed like dry air.The lining of the nose contains many tiny blood vessels that can bleed easily.
  • blood spots in the eyes or subconjunctival hemorrhage, are more common in people with high blood pressure  or  diabetes .An ophthalmologist may be able to detect damage to the optic nerve caused by untreated HBP.
  • When the blood vessels in the face dilate facial flushing occurs . The red, burning face can occur unpredictably or in response to certain triggers such as sun exposure, cold weather, spicy foods, wind, hot drinks and skin-care products. Facial flushing can also occur with emotional stress, exposure to heat or hot water, alcohol consumption and exercise, all of this can raise blood pressure temporarily.Alternatively it can be other way around like HBP causing facial flushing.
  • Ringing in the ears for no apparent reason.
  • Thumping in your heart without any exciting news.

High Blood Pressure Home Remedy:

  • Whatever you do the best policy is to consult with a doctor for advice and treatment. As it is a life threatening weapon and taking chance with it could be disastrous ending. One in every 3 people in US suffers from blood pressure.Heart disease and stroke, the first and third leading causes of death in the United States .
  • Have honey and apple cider vinegar with water, will reduce your cholesterol and ultimately regulate your blood pressure.
  • Orange juice and coconut water mix intake usually reduce HBP. 
  • Mangoes are good for HBP.
  • Boil 5-6 leaves of olive in water and drink it 2-3 times a day will keep it under control.
  • This before you eat. Diet is very important in sorting and keeping Blood pressure in control.physical exercise, and weight loss have been shown to significantly reduced blood pressure in people with high blood pressure. Remember the more you gain on weight the more risk you are putting yourself in.
  • Risk factors for high blood pressure include smoking, alcohol abuse, obesity, a high salt intake, and stress – and a family history of hypertension and stroke.Arteriosclerosis, or a thickening, hardening and narrowing of the walls of the arteries is also often associated with high blood pressure. So the best policy will be try to avoid all those which are damaging in long term for your health.
  • Herbal remedies and dietary supplements can help to lower blood pressure, as well as to improve the overall functioning of the heart, arteries and the entire cardiovascular system.
  • Limit your alcohol consumptions as it certainly doesn't help. Take lots of fruits and fibres. Five a day rule in life will keep you healthy and fit most of your life.
  • Salt is like poison if you have blood pressure. Reduce intake of this dietary sodium.
