Home Remedies For Warts

Warts are generated by infection with a virus called the human papilloma virus (HPV). HPV results in keratin, a hard protein within the top layer of your skin (the epidermis) to develop excessive. This creates the rough, hard texture of a wart.

Varieties of warts

There are some various kinds of warts. The more common types include:
common warts
plantar warts (verrucas)
plane warts
filiform warts
periungual warts
mosaic warts
The physical appearance of each and every type of wart depends on several factors:
where it is found on your body
the strain (type) of HPV that is accountable for the wart
factors such as whether you've got a weakened immune system
whether you've rubbed or knocked the wart

Who gets warts

Most people today will have warts at some point during their life. Nevertheless, they're more common in school children and teenagers compared to adults. Research has indicated that 4-5% of kids and adolescents in the united kingdom have warts.
Warts are unusual in babies and occur in equal numbers between males and females.
Individuals who have an increased risk of developing warts include those with weak immune systems, for instance, following treatment for cancer or due to an illness such as HIV and AIDS, and those who have had an organ transplant. Around 50% of people who have had a kidney transplant develop warts within five years.
A kind of wart which is known as the ‘butcher's wart’ can sometimes develop on the hands of people who are regularly in contact with raw meat, fish or poultry for long periods of time. However, this type of wart is rare.

Home Remedy:

Apple cider vinegar for warts:

If wart is on hand or foot, soak in warm "apple cider vinegar" for 15 minutes every day for at least 2 weeks. May take a little longer, but this does work.Make sure if it is on your face don't do it.

Banana for warts

Rub the wart with the inside of a banana skin. The inside of the banana contains potassium apparently and this will get rid of the wart.
Duct tape for warts

Another treatment that has been proven effective in a respected medical journal is duct tape, yes the silver sticky fiberous tape that you buy in the hardware store. I'm not joking, check New England Medical Journal yourself. Cut out a circle the same size as the wart, place over the wart for 3-4 days, remove for 1 day. Repeat this cycle 3-4 times, as long as it takes to remove the wart. I know it sounds crazy, the medical profession laughs about it also.

Garlic

Try taping a slice of garlic to the wart. Be sure to first protect the surrounding skin with petroleum jelly. Garlic is a wonderful creation, it can so many things. So I see no reason why this should not work but remember some people get burnt skin and mark from  this. So please take care.

Lemon

Using lemon everyday on warts for a while make it dead and drop off.But its not sure actually how long it takes to be effective.Advise is keep using until you see visible response.

Potato skin Wart remover

Peel the potato to the size of the wart. Place the potato part on your wart cover with a band-aid. Change potato skin daily or as often as needed. Your wart will be gone in a week or so.... Keep potato in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. Most people came back saying it worked, after one week it fell off.

Tea tree oil to get rid of warts

To get rid of warts. Use tree tea oil. This can be found in some grocery stores. Put it on three times a day and you will see results in days. I had them on my fingers. Someone told me about it and it worked great.By the way 100% tea tree oil is more effective than others but other low level does work but comes back after.

Vitamin e oil for warts

I have learned that to apply vitamin e oil every day maybe 2 times a day the wart will leave and not return. This has been tried in my home, it works.

Wart removal with salt

Cover the wart with wet iodized table salt and let it there. Do it as many times as you can during the day and every day until it dries and fall. It worked for me with those that are rough and whitish. I had one in my hand and disappear

There are also plenty more out there which could work for you But these are the most effect found.
Please if you find it effective do leave a comment .Or anyother remedy worked for you please mention.

Hope it Helps.

Flatulence/Farts and Its Natural Home Remedy

Fart is an English language vulgarism, mostly utilised in reference to flatulence. The word "fart" is generally considered unsuitable in a formal environment by modern day English speakers, and it may be considered vulgar or offensive in some situations.

Reasons & Symptoms of Fart/Flatulence
Flatulence/Fart is the emission of gases contained in the intestine. The mix of gases 'flatus' is released under pressure and creates a sound accompanied by a foul odor. Aside from creating discomfort and pain due to bloating, it also results in social embarrassment. The most typical symptoms of flatulence or more commonly known as gas are a feeling of bloating and discomfort, excessive expulsion of wind, belching and pain in the abdomen. The problem of flatulence is very common and usually due to dietary reasons. Difficulties in digesting certain types of food cause flatulence. While for some it might be due to lactose intolerance, the others may suffer it because of grain based food. However, others might suffer due to foods which are heavy in carbohydrates. Flatulence, however, is not a critical problem and can be cured using natural treatments.

1. Consuming too many carbs

Of the three main nutrients, carbohydrates produce probably the most gas because sugar and starch effortlessly ferment. Half of us are endowed with bacteria that especially prefer munching on unprocessed carbs . As you might have guessed, beans consist of more indigestible carbohydrates compared to most foods.

2. Consuming indigestible foods

Many daily foods are considered "indigestible" -- milk being one of them. Cow milk is unnatural to the human body, which is why many people are lactose-intolerant. Lactose intolerance implies one's body doesn't know how to digest milk, so it sets it aside as waste. If you happen to have a lot of "gas enzymes" in your system and you're simply lactose intolerant, even milk can make you fart/Flatulence.

3. Excessive enzymes

Each individuals intestinal fauna is composed differently so people do not react similarly to the same foods. Two people can eat a meal rich in indigestible carbs and only one of them can develop gas, simply because his intestinal tract contains more enzymes. You might have heard people say that onions or apples give them gas, while others state not to be affected. It all depends on the amount and type of bacteria in the big intestine.

4. Chewing and swallowing air

Chewing your food properly aids in preventing gas because you alleviate your tract's workload, while chewing gum gives people flatulence/fart because it makes them swallow more air than usual and because it animates the digestive system. Sometimes you burp, but other times air goes too deep into the digestive tract, leaving only one alternative: farting.

5. Intestinal infections

Finally, certain forms of intestinal infections cause flatulence. Eating contaminated food or drinking contaminated water will cause loose stools, bloating, cramps, and gas. When a person has an intestinal infection, the lining of the intestinal track thins and nutrients, again, get sent to the large intestine without being absorbed.

Some home remedies for flatulence/fart cure include:

  • Chewing the food more before swallowing will help the stomach and intestines break down the food.
  • Avoid foods high in fat.
  • Eat smaller sized, more frequent meals instead of three large meals.
  • Start an exercise program. Becoming healthier cures many ailments.
  • Drink less alcohol.
  • Drinking hot water, about half a cup of plain hot water, as hot as you can stand it, does the trick for many people.
  • Eat peppermint leaves. Peppermint contains menthol which helps in naturally treating the problem of flatulence.
  • Mix half a teaspoon of ginger powder with warm water. The Chinese have used this cure for flatulence for centuries.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar. Add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water daily.
  • Take a cup of lukewarm water and add 2 tsp of brandy. Intake this before going to bed.
  • Soak some ginger slices in lemon juice. Chew this after every meal. This would help cure gas.
  • Peppermint tea is also effective in treating flatulence. The other tea includes anise tea, spearmint tea, and caraway tea. Spearmint or peppermint candy would also do the trick.
  • Do not drink water after 15 minutes or during meals. It weakens the digestive system.
  • Avoid foods such as beans, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, yeast-containing foods such as breads and cheese. Carbonated drinks also produce gas.

Try This if you suffering badly

Hope this helps You.

Home Remedies for Menopausal Sleep Disorders

Many women find their sleep quality deteriorates with menopause. Hot flashes and night sweats, which can wake you up many times each night, are partly responsible. Nonetheless, menopause also brings real changes in the part of the brain that regulates sleep. Changing hormone levels affect your own sleep cycles.

Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, the stage associated with dreaming, is particularly affected. Many menopausal women find that they dream less because of this lack of REM sleep, and when you don't get enough REM sleep, you don't feel rested in the morning.

Some women find it hard to sleep through the night during
menopause due to hot flashes or night sweats.

Regardless of the cause, the end result can be fatigue and irritability. You can improve your sleep quality in several ways; here are some tips that can help:
Set a regular sleep-wake schedule allowing sufficient sleep to feel well-rested.

Exercise regularly in the late afternoon or early evening, so that you are physically tired at night. A long walk after dinner may be all you need.

Avoid caffeinated beverages after early afternoon, and reduce your overall caffeine intake. Besides keeping you up, caffeine could make you feel stressed and even more irritable. If you love coffee, switch to decaf.

Set a bedtime routine that is relaxing. Maybe yoga or some other meditative exercise would help.

Try to settle stressful thoughts -- handle them, write them down, do what must be done to set them to rest.

Avoid alcohol -- it is sedating initially, but in the wee hours, you will rebound from a "nightcap."

Avoid sleeping pills -- except in rare circumstances (traveling, severe temporary stress, or for an anxiety disorder for which you are under physician surveillance); they only work in the short term and may be extremely addictive.

Try a glass of warm milk or herbal tea with milk in it. Milk contains an amino acid, tryptophan, which is a mild, natural sedative that can help you get drowsy.
Sometimes, at-home treatments are not enough to counter serious sleep problems. Make no mistake, you cannot function for long without proper sleep. If the preceding commonsense steps do not assist, you may want to look to more aggressive treatments to your problems; take into account the following:
Get a general medical checkup. There are a number of serious problems, such as depression or thyroid disease, that are associated with sleep disorders. Don't accept a quick prescription for sleeping pills as the answer.

Consider a trial of estrogen replacement, particularly if you are having a lot of bothersome flashes at night.

See a sleep-disorder specialist. A specialized workup may reveal a problem, such as sleep apnea (a problem with breathing whilst sleeping), which might not turn up in the course of a general physical exam.

Water aids healthy digestion and the elimination of waste, so make sure you drink six to eight glasses a day.

Research seems to show that if your digestive system is not working correctly, healthy weight-loss is almost impossible," says Cheung. "The problem is that poor digestion can stop your body getting the nutrients it needs to burn fat. It can also cause a build-up of toxins in your body, leaving you feeling sluggish and depressed all the time.

Lemons are full of citric acid (at seven to eight per cent, they have the highest concentration of all fruits), which explains, "combines in a complex interaction with other acids and enzymes to ensure healthy and problem-free digestion by stimulating stomach juices at full length.

Slow things down. Eat slowly and chew properly. Chewing relaxes the lower stomach muscle and triggers nerve messages that activate the digestive process. If food is not properly chewed, nutrients remain locked in and undigested. Keep portions moderate, and eat at regular times. If you find you are still hungry, wait 20 minutes for your brain to catch up with your stomach and recognize that you are full.

Balance your blood sugar levels. Irritability, poor concentration, fatigue and headaches are all symptoms of fluctuating blood sugar levels, which can make you crave sweet and fattening foods. When blood sugar levels swing too high, so does insulin. This hormone helps shuttle blood sugar (glucose) into your cells to be used as energy. In other words, it promotes fat storage.
Sprinkling lemon juice over your meal can be enough to lower the blood sugar impact by as much as 30 per cent - use it in all your cooking. Using peel in cooking helps ensure the sugar is released steadily into your bloodstream. Add peel to soups and salads, and sprinkle on fish and chicken. Lemons are also a fantastic source of fibre.
